No Refund Policy with 30 Day Notice of Cancellation

Thank you for choosing Rockhold Karate, LLC. as your martial arts training provider. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional instruction and ensuring a positive experience for all our students. To maintain the quality of our services and manage our operations effectively, we have established the following No Refund Policy with a 30 Day Notice of Cancellation.

Enrollment and Tuition Fees:
a. Upon enrollment, students are required to pay the specified tuition fees for the selected training program or package.
b. All tuition fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of the circumstances.
c. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the training program or package.
30 Day Notice of Cancellation:
a. If a student decides to discontinue their training at Rockhold Karate, LLC., a 30-day notice of cancellation is mandatory.
b. The notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing or via email to the school administration, explicitly stating the intent to cancel the training program.
c. The 30-day notice period will commence from the date the school administration receives the written notice.
Unused Training Period:
a. In the event of a cancellation within the 30-day notice period, students will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining training period.
b. However, during the notice period, students are welcome to attend classes and receive instruction until the conclusion of the 30 days.
c. No make-up classes or additional training sessions will be provided for missed classes during the 30-day notice period.
Exceptions:
a. Rockhold Karate, LLC. may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or relocation due to unforeseen events.
b. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing, accompanied by relevant supporting documentation, to the school administration for review.
c. The final decision regarding exceptions and refunds rests solely with the school administration.
Changes to the Policy:
a. Rockhold Karate, LLC. reserves the right to modify or amend this No Refund Policy with a 30 Day Notice of Cancellation at any time.
b. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to students in writing or through other appropriate channels.
c. Such changes will take effect immediately or as otherwise specified in the communication.
