Our Mission

Rockhold Karate is dedicated to providing students with a lifelong experience in martial arts, while building the foundation for self-discipline, leading to the sharpening of mind, body, and character. Tang Soo Do training promotes mental acuity, physical endurance, discipline, self-esteem, and ethical character - all important traits, especially for young people facing the challenges of today's society.

Our Philosophy

At Rockhold Karate, students are provided a fun, safe, and exciting learning environment as they acquire the many basic physical and mental aspects of Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate), Kummooyeh (Korean Sword Martial Art), Tai Chi Chuan (Chinese Martial Art), or Archery.
